Why emerging economies need integration to survive global shocks.

Crises are constant: the last twenty years alone saw several global shocks, and they hit emerging economies hardest. The 2020 crisis was no exception — energy prices fell by a third and world trade dropped sharply, while many countries’ debt problems got worse. To overcome the consequences and return to growth, economic integration is needed. The film opened the First Eurasian Congress in December 2020.
