Welcome to Sber

A witty onboarding series for new employees of a giant bank.

Congratulations — you’ve joined the team of the country’s largest bank. That’s a privilege and a responsibility. To start being useful fast and not break any rules, every newcomer needs to know how things work.

A series of animated films helps: how to order a stapler, what you can and can’t do in an open space, why the supercomputer is called Christofari, how to climb the career ladder faster. In an easy, witty way they cover the company’s structure and history, culture, working environment and career paths.
