I build AI into production — without chaos or slop

I help agencies and brands make graphics and video with AI on time, on brand and without losing quality. 17 years in commercial video, my own production team, and an engineering approach instead of prompt guesswork.

What I do

Three ways to work together. Start with any of them — one usually leads to the next.

AI unit for agencies

For
Communications, advertising and event agencies that want to make part of their visuals in-house instead of outsourcing them.
What I do
  • review your current workflow and show where AI saves time and where it only adds rework;
  • build a pipeline for your tasks: models, node-based workflows, asset libraries, an LLM copilot for briefs and scripts;
  • write guidelines and acceptance criteria, so results don't depend on who's at the computer that day;
  • support the team through its first live projects.
What you get
A team that produces tender visuals, animatics, storyboards and individual shots on its own — faster and with predictable quality.

E‑commerce content factory

For
Brands and retailers with large catalogues that need hundreds of product cards and visuals in one consistent style.
What I do

I build a pipeline around your catalogue: a virtual studio, digital models and environments, standards for light, angles and composition. From a single product photo the system produces everything a product card needs: images, short videos, descriptions, specs and marketplace tags.

What you get
Complete product cards, not just pictures. Visuals accurately convey shape, material, texture and colour, and copy and tags are adapted to each marketplace's requirements. New products reach the catalogue in minutes, not after a shoot day.

Workshop or course for your team

For
Marketing and creative teams, agencies, in-house studios.
What I do

I teach the craft, not just the buttons: scriptwriting, directing, editing — and how to build AI into all of it. From a one-day intensive to a multi-month course, online or in person.

What you get
A team that knows why every frame is there and can take AI generation to commercial quality.

How we work

I work on an hourly basis and give an estimate in hours before we start, so the budget is clear upfront.

  1. Intro call, 15 minutes

    No brief, no commitment: you describe the task, I tell you what AI can realistically solve.

  2. Review

    A short written plan: what we automate, what stays with people, how many hours it will take.

  3. Pilot

    We test the approach on one real task before changing the whole process.

  4. Rollout and support

    Pipeline, guidelines, team training; after that I'm on hand when needed.

Case studies

Some projects are under NDA, so no names here. I'm happy to walk you through details and private work on a call.

Mockup factory for an apparel brand

For a brand with a catalogue of thousands of items, I automated marketplace product cards: a virtual studio, a pool of 15 digital models, and standards for light, angles and composition. From one product photo the system generates a full set of on-model images in a single click, accurately reproducing fit, fabric density and print type.
